Requirements
Candidates should have prior experience with executive-level decision-making, a proven record of successfully mapping and building multi-channel operational systems, utilizing human-centered design in a start-up setting, closely coordinating and collaborating with other teams / functions within a larger organization, and management of teams of 10+ persons.
Along these lines, three to five years’ experience in operations management, as well as tactical engagement with activities like product development / management, customer acquisition and retention, and project management are required.
