    Junior AI Creative Content Producer

    Objectives

    • To produce high-quality AI-generated advertising content – video, images, voiceovers and social assets – for our FMCG brands, ensuring output is engaging, commercially effective and on-brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create short-form advertising content for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
    • Generate photorealistic and stylised AI videos for FMCG brand adverts.
    • Develop product demonstrations and lifestyle scenes.
    • Edit AI-generated footage into polished, trend-driven adverts.
    • Produce high-quality AI voiceovers with localised Kenyan and regional accents.
    • Build and manage a library of consistent brand voices.
    • Synchronise audio with video; add music, ambience and sound effects.
    • Create product hero images, lifestyle photography and promotional graphics.
    • Develop campaign concepts and supporting imagery for digital campaigns.
    • Write, refine and test AI prompts to produce consistent, high-quality creative content.
    • Build reusable prompt libraries and solve AI generation challenges.
    • Stay current with the latest AI capabilities, tools and creative techniques.
    • Enhance AI content via upscaling, image enhancement, colour and face correction.
    • Add motion graphics, subtitles and perform final video editing.
    • Ensure brand consistency across colours, product appearance, logo placement, tone of voice and character.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in digital media, marketing, computer science or a related field.
    • Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Runway, and Kling) – all not required.
    • Ability to learn new AI tools quickly.
    • Passion for AI and emerging technology.

    Experience

    • Exposure to FMCG marketing, digital ads, video editing, photography, and copywriting or motion graphics is a plus.
    • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
    • Awareness of brand consistency – colours, tone, logo and character.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience.
