Junior Designer at Ando

We are looking for a Junior Designer who is not just talented but passionate about visual storytelling. This is a hands-on role where you will create captivating designs that reflect our brand’s energy, elevate our campaigns, and engage our audience across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do:

Design Across Platforms:

• Produce visually compelling content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertising.
• Design print materials including menus, flyers, posters, packaging, and in-store visuals.
• Ensure all visuals are aligned with ANDO’s brand identity, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look and feel.

Support Marketing Campaigns:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Help bring ideas to life through design, from mood boards and concept sketches to polished final assets.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while keeping creativity and quality intact.

Creative Collaboration & Growth:

• Partner with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, design templates, and brand resources for smooth team use.
• Stay ahead of design trends, experiment with new tools, and continuously refine your craft.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
