Key Responsibilities

• Client System Integrations
• Assist in building and maintaining system integrations within client environments.
• Configure APIs, databases, and backend services to ensure smooth interoperability.
• Secure Deployments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated deployment workflows.
• Participate in application release cycles across staging and production environments.
• Technical & Client Support
• Act as the first line of support for technical issues and client inquiries.
• Triage, document, and resolve bugs in collaboration with engineering and support teams.
• Cross-Team Coordination
• Facilitate communication and task alignment across development, QA, product, and support teams.
• Help track project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Contribute to internal documentation including deployment processes, integration guides, runbooks, and support logs.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• A strong interest in DevOps, system integration, or infrastructure automation.
• Programming or backend development experience (Python preferred).
• Understanding of web APIs and software deployments.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Proactive mindset with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with shell scripting (Bash) or infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Previous experience in tech support, software development, system administration, or project-based internships.
• Basic understanding of security principles and best practices
