Job Summary:

Preparing and analyzing month-end reports, and audit the data provided for management,

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing month-end reports, and audit the data provided for management,
• Updates of A-R data reports, such as the Main Data, Collector’s account files, etc.,
• Maintain weekly statistics and trackers up to date, including trends in the aging of each collector, payments received by each collector, ratios, projections, for both management and employees.
• Generate and distribute reports ad hoc, of Account Receivables by city and region, highlighting the top 25 accounts, comparisons with the previous week, and providing update notes for management.
• Create and maintain a Database with the accounts of all collectors, updated weekly, and a payment database.
• Document and track all payments received for specific branches and create reports/statistics.
• Provide support to other employees to explain reports and resolve problems.
• Auditing the AR on a regular basis to maintain the data integrity.

Accountability:

• These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

• Strong analytical ability.
• Dynamic, autonomous, and methodical, with excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating a sense of responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related field.
• Professional Accountant (Fully qualified CPA or ACCA)
• Experience or studies in accounting, especially in accounts receivables.
• Knowledge of SQL programming and VBA is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Ms Powerpoint is considered an asset.
