Junior School Teacher at Briar Rose School

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dedicated team as a Junior school teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing appropriate activities for the learners each day according to the curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans and establishing a relationship with learners, keeping the learning resources organized and creating a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Education or a relevant field in education from an accredited university.
• KCSE minimum mean Grade C+ (Plus).
• Primary Teacher Education Certificate (PTE.
• Registered with TSC and issued with certificate.
• CBC trained.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• In-depth understanding of the CBC curriculum.
• Computer Literate and Tech Savvy.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for education and young children.
• Strong classroom management & teaching skills.
• Team player-enjoy working in teams and group problem-solving.
• Openness and flexibility.
• Be able to strongly teach KISWAHILI, CRE, SOCIAL STUDIES and other key activity areas. A
