Lead - Automation & AI Enablement
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Data, Business Analysis and AI , ICT / Computer
You Will:
- Drive end-to-end automation & Al roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Implement RPA for office & support function workflows
- Deploy Al for predictive maintenance, demand & inventory planning
- Integrate AI/ML with SAP S4 HANA, SCADA, WMS, ERP & MIS
- Use computer vision & Al for automated quality control
- Identify inefficiencies & deliver cross- functional smart solutions
- Track ROI, savings & adoption; report value to stakeholders
- Enforce automation governance, compliance & security standards
What You Bring:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science
- 5+ years in automation & digital transformation
- Hands-on: UiPath, Power Automate, Python, OpenAl, Azure/AWS
- Al tools certification = a plus
- Strong project leadership, communication & stakeholder skills Experience with SAP S4 HANA integration preferred
