Deliver a workforce that is passionate about customer care, expert on M-Gas products and services, and takes due care of health and safety by designing and delivering engaging training and inspiring staff to take responsibility for their personal development.
Overall responsibility for Learning, Training and Development within the M-Gas organisation, plan, schedule, and deliver customized training programs for persons in sales, customer service, leadership/management roles and/or on technical topics and other identified skill areas including induction, evaluate effectiveness of organizational learning and development solutions, and collaborate with each M-Gas business unit to customize/localise delivery solutions as required.
SKILL SETS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 7 years working experience in large organizations in Human Resource Management – Learning Training and Development
