Lecturer in Medical Laboratory Sciences - Molecular Diagnostics

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA , PhD/Fellowship
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Education / Teaching / Training , Science
Qualifications and skills
- PhD in Molecular Diagnostics, Molecular Biology, or Medical Laboratory Sciences with molecular emphasis. MSc and BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences. Candidates with MSc and strong PhD progress plus 5 years university teaching may be considered.
- Proficient in PCR, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, molecular assay development, gene expression analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or molecular research experience
- Must be registered and licensed by KMLTTB.
- 24 publication points focusing on molecular diagnostics, genetic testing, or infectious disease genomics.
