1. A PhD or its academic equivalent in the relevant field
2. OR A Master’s Degree in the relevant field with at least three (3) years of teaching experience as Tutorial fellow at University level
3. A Bachelor of Pharmacy background from accredited and recognized University;
4. Be a member of Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya.
5. Be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a valid license
6. Continued research as evidenced by minimum publications points of twenty four (24) of which at least Sixteen (16) should be from refereed scholarly journals
