Reporting functionally to the ER and Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for managing the company’s legal and compliance matters and identifying and advising the company on how to mitigate statutory and compliance risks
Qualifications:
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Diploma in Law (paralegal studies) or its equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution with at least two years relevant experience preferably in a busy hospital environment
Key Competencies:
Proficiency in legal research methods and analysis of legal issues, Experience in preparing legal documents, contracts and agreements, exceptional problem-solving skills with a practical and solution oriented approach, proficiency in using MS Office applications and other relevant software
