Legal Compliance Officer at AA Kenya

AA Kenya is seeking to recruit a highly talented, motivated and forward-thinking individual to fill the position of Legal Compliance Officer. The position is key in ensuring that AA Kenya operates within the law and abides by financial and legal regulations as well as maintaining its high standards of corporate governance.

Key Performance Areas

• Regulatory and operational compliance.
• Reporting on legal and Corporate Governance matters.
• Engagement with investors, stakeholders and other third parties.
• Legal Counsel to the Board and Executive Committee.
• Litigation management.

Minimum job requirements:

For appointment to this position, one must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Post graduate diploma in Law.
• Member of LSK in good standing.
• Certified Public Secretary and a member of ICS in good standing.
• At least 3 years legal experience, in a similar position.
• Experience in corporate, commercial and employment law.
