HIAS is the global Jewish nonprofit organization that protects refugees—including women and children, and ethnic, religious, and sexual minorities—whose lives are in danger for being who they are.
HIAS seeks to recruit suitable, qualified Kenyan facilitators who are interested in facilitating 4 solidarity forums of LGBTQ individuals. The aim of the forum will be to engage the Kenyan and refugee LGBTQ community members on promoting and fostering stronger social ties, and exchanging best practices in navigating the urban area effectively. There are 2 available slots.
Key responsibility:
Facilitate and moderate conversations in forums
Required conditions for application:
Interested applicants should send a cover letter and curriculum vitae to the email address: recruitment.kenya@hias.org, indicating ‘Kenyan LGBTQ Facilitator’ on the subject of their application
