Reporting to the Health Centre Manager the incumbent will be responsible for performing laboratory based scientific medical investigation in order to provide laboratory diagnosis
Key responsibilities:
Registration, collection and processing of client samples within the limits of specific tests
Communication of laboratory results
Maintain high standards of quality laboratory practice by use of proper reagents well calibrated machines and clean working environment
Preparation of laboratory reports
Participation in internal QC programmes and log in the appropriate registers
Position requirements:
A diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board.
At least two (2) years of appropriate experiences in medical laboratory functions.
