Machine Operator at Royal Mabati Factory

The Machine Operator, will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of machinery used in the production process. Your primary duties will involve operating machines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment functions smoothly to meet production targets. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with machinery and production processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
