Duties & Responsibilities:
Venue Preparation and Event Support
The duties include but are not limited to:

• Arrange the auditorium according to specific requirements of the users.
• Set up conferences in designated venues based on user specifications.
• Set up venues for events (chairs, tents, podiums, equipment).

Facilities Maintenance and Upkeep

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine inspections and replace bulbs as required.
• Support office relocations, furniture movement, and minor installations
• Assist technicians and contractors as required.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment.
• Report hazards, accidents, and repair need promptly.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
