Maintenance Officer at Kabarak University

Key Responsibilities    

• Overall supervision and maintenance of physical infrastructure
• Carry out routine inspection on repairs on building that includes plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and electrical works.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedule
• Oversee University project, equipments, buildings and ensure proper use
• Ensure facilities compliance with safety standards
• Supervise and certify work of service providers, ensuring quality works and adhere to relevant regulations
• Maintenance of building exterior, grounds, gardens, pathways and car parking
• Maintenance of inventory of tools and equipment
• Ensure proper sanitization standards and maintenance in the university
• Coordinate regulatory environmental audits
• Provide monthly reports to university management

Qualifications and skills    

• Diploma in Architectural engineering
• Three years of work experience
