Purpose
Prepare and apply protective and decorative coatings on aircraft components to required technical and quality standards. As assigned, maintain Kenya Airways aircraft livery, paint components and equipment to meet Kenya Airways, KCAA and other applicable regulatory requirements whilst enhancing market appeal.
Responsibilities
Surface Preparation:
Remove old paint, corrosion, and contaminants using chemical and mechanical methods.
Clean, mask, sand, and chemically treat surfaces prior to painting.

Quality Control:
Maintenance
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to procedures or systems in place for risk assessment, personal protective equipment, and environmental protection, handling of hazardous materials, relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Documentation:
Obtain and use the appropriate documentation (such as component maintenance manuals, paint technical data sheets and Material safety and data sheets)
