Management Accountant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Competencies
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
- High precision orientation and process discipline.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and cross- functional influence.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments
- Clear communicator with strong data storytelling skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in management accounting, costing, FP&A, or audit.
- Strong modelling skills with advanced Excel/Sheets and proficiency in ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, costing methodologies, and financial governance.
