Management Trainee at Reckitt Benckiser

A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Your goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become a future manager, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or operations.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Help managers complete daily tasks
• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
• Provide administrative support
• Get familiar with personnel duties related to the department he/she is hired for
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk/ cost
• Create and give presentations
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• University graduates in any disciplines in the last 2 years (Bachelor's degree)
• Minimum of 2nd class upper
• Strong passion in developing career in FMCG
• Highly energized, can work independently while also collaborate with others
• Willing to challenge self and others to strive for excellence
• Strong motivation to assume leadership & problem-solver
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated high learning agility
• Fluency in spoken and written English
