Finance Manager at Market Force

You will support the business by providing financial leadership to the country, including responsibility over budgeting, planning, and cash flow management while supporting the Marketforce executive team through financial analysis and management reporting. You will lead the Kenya finance team, be a key partner to the Country Director and directly engage with global direction setting. The development of your finance team and function within the country will drive core success. Driving performance while providing financial support and oversight across all business operations.

Reports to the Chief Financial Officer

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field required
• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years experience in a finance role, including managing a team of financial analysts or associates
• Professional qualification in ACCA/CPA is added advantage
