Marketing Lead at FlexPay

We are looking for passionate, dependable and competent Marketing Lead with a proven track record in Physical and Online Marketing. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans. You will also be the supervisor of the creatives and design Staff.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• team management, planning, data-driven decision making, and tracking daily marketing metrics and KPIs
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Maintaining and Growing traction in the company Social Media channels.
• Search Engine Optimizations of company social media channels.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
•  Implementing new marketing plans and advertising.
• Maintaining B2B and B2C relationships with important clients and merchants by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare Daily, weekly, Monthly reports, including activity, closings, follow ups, and adhere to goals.  
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 4years working experience in a relevant/similar position
• Preferred Education: Diploma and higher
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven track and work records of targets and achieved deliverables.
• Experience in a managerial position is an added advantage
• Must understand data analysis tools
• Excellent reporting and presentation skill
• Must be presentable and very articulate in speech
• Experience in B2B relationships is an added advantage
• Demonstratable Leadership skills and experience an added advantage
