Materials Handling B2-I at Mars

The Material Supplier is responsible for delivering ingredients to both the manufacturing & wrapping area as well as transfer of finished product into warehouse for put-away. These tasks will need to be performed following proper procedures, and quality guidelines including inventory control. Basic machine set-up and SAP skills are required to perform this job requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Supply management
• 1 year minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
• Collaborative and action oriented individual committed to company goals and objectives
• Follow established manufacturing guideline and adhere to quality assurance standards
• WPT equipment operations and certification will be an added advantage

What will be your key responsibilities?

• The position is responsible for supplying packaging and raw materials for production operations against plan .
• The incumbent is responsible for creation of material transfer requests and transfer orders in SAP.
• The Supply associate is responsible for validation and transfer of compliant finished product from production into outbound warehouse
• The incumbent is responsible for both physical & system confirmation of material returns to the warehouse .
• The Supply associate is responsible for upholding safety, quality and G&C requirements.
