REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION

• Medical Degree (MBChB) or equivalent from a recognized institution. Additional qualifications in healthcare management or clinical leadership are an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years post internship experience, three of which must be in leadership role in a facility of similar size.

SKILLS:

• Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of
• excellence in patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
• interact with multidisciplinary teams.
• Competency in strategic planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

LICENSING:

• Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) with a valid practicing license.
