MEP Construction Manager at Vaal Real Estate

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Construction Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The MEP Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. Duties include supervising on-site work, managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and controlling project budgets. Daily tasks will also entail coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully and within time and budget constraints.
Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and ability to manage on-site work effectively
• Proficiency in Budgeting and controlling project costs
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices
• Experience in Construction and project management
• Skills in Project Control and managing timelines
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in MEP construction management is a plus
