Founded in 2019 in Busia, Kenya, Footprints of Hope Foundation is a community-based organization focused on empowering girls, youth, and women. We address key social issues including menstrual hygiene, sexual and reproductive health, children's rights, socio-economic empowerment, and mental health through compassionate and action-driven programs.

Requirements
- Diploma in statistics, project management, or related field
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Strong statistical and data management skills
- Experience with USAID reporting requirements
- Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation tools
- Coordinate data collection for reporting
- Lead M&E components in preparing work plans
- Maintain digital repository of project data
- Support project events and workshops
