Network Operations Engineer
- Job Type Full Time

Job Description
- Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of network infrastructure
- Continuous monitoring, incident response, escalation management, and technical support
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business-critical operations
Skills Required
Technical / Hard Skills
- TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS
- Experience with network equipment such as Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba/HP, Meraki
- Firewalls~ Cisco ASA, Fortinet, WatchGuard
- Monitoring tools~ SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, Cosmos
- Packet analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
- Knowledge of VPN, SD-WAN, load balancers, wired (ethernet & fiber) and wireless networking
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology (preferred)
