Reporting to: Study Coordinator & Principal Investigator

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in nursing
• Registered with the Nursing Council and have a practicing license
• Must have GHI Research Ethics
• Excellent computer skills
• Held a previous position in Maternal and Child Health added advantage
• Language skills: fluency in English, Kiswahili
• Team player with ability to work closely with other study staff at the site
• Experience in collection of study data using REDCap and ODK
• The candidate should have at least one-year experience in PMTCT
• Must have enough experience in obtaining venous blood samples from mother and infants

Responsibilities

• Collect data per approved Standard Operating Procedures and input into Android tablet system
• Conduct follow up visit in person with study participants either at the facility or at home
• Submit weekly summaries of follow-up and exit visits interviews to the study data manager
• Collect venous blood samples from mothers and infants
