Office Messenger at Sheffield Steel Systems

We seek to hire an Office Messenger who will be tasked with the following responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collecting and distributing of all letters from the company to addresses.
2. Collecting, arranging and making payments for company bills to appropriate addresses.
3. Perform clerical tasks as may be requested by any administrative assistant,
4. Assist in arranging, Filling and keeping of records for administrative offices.
5. Planning and arranging of archived records in the archive offices.
6. Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor related to your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Valid Driver’s license ( Verified Rider)
2. Experience Riding and working for corporate company
3. Good geographical knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
4. Good integrity and clients handling skills
5. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frame
7. Good planning and decision-making abilities
8. Must be able to perform any other duty that may be assigned.
