Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes

1. Diploma in clinical medicine and surgery
2. Higher diploma in oncology or on the job training in oncology is an added advantage
3. Registered with the Clinical Officer Council of Kenya
4. Possess a valid private practicing License
5. At least one year experience in oncology will be an added advantage
6. Must be capable of functioning effectively both as a leader and team player
7. Should have good problem solving and decision making abilities
8. Should be an effective communicator with the ability to handle high level communication
9. Should be result oriented with ability to deliver desired outcome
10. Must have knowledge
11. in use of MS office packages
12. Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities
13. Must be aligned to the mission and vision of AIC Kijabe hospital
