Oncology Nurse at AIC Kijabe Hospital

Job Description

Reporting to the Lead Oncology Nurse, the holder of the position will be expected to glorify God by provision of excellent care for patients with suspected cancer and cancer diagnosis.

Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes

1. Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Nursing
2. Higher diploma in oncology or on the job training in oncology will be an added advantage
3. Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
4. Valid Nursing practicing license
5. At least one year work experience in oncology will be an added advantage
6. Should have good problem solving and decision making abilities
7. Should be an effective communicator with the ability to handle high level communication
8. Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities
9. Should be result oriented with ability to deliver desired outcome
10. Must have knowledge in use of MS office packages
11. Must be aligned to the mission and vision of the AIC Kijabe hospital
