About the Role
The OD lead, working under the leadership of the Head of People & Culture, will lead, establish and sustain an Institutional Strengthening strategy for WWF-Kenya towards building a high performing WWF-Kenya National Office that delivers ambitious conservation impact.
The OD Lead will work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement tailored, aligned, mutually reinforcing strategies for strengthening the WWF- Kenya National office by ensuring that changes to people processes, business processes, systems and technology are aligned to our vision and strategic direction.
