Part-time Corporate Trainers - 6 Posts at Zetech University

Job Objective

We are seeking experienced professionals with recognised certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel or ISO, and at least 5 years� training or corporate experience.

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintain accurate training records, evaluate participant feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of future sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and programme teams to identify training needs and tailor short courses or modules to programme requirements.
• Keep training materials, examples, and practical exercises current with emerging industry practices, tools, standards, and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their professional and technical development.
• Assess participants’ understanding and practical application of concepts through exercises, projects, assessments, and other appropriate methods.
• Integrate professional skills and certification-aligned modules into relevant academic and professional programmes.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations, exercises, case studies, and practical assignments to enhance participants’ applied skills.
• Align training content and learning activities with relevant professional certification standards and industry requirements.
• Develop and facilitate practical training sessions in areas such as financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, project management tools, governance, and related professional skills.
• Deliver short, intensive workshops in professional skills, technical tools, and certification-aligned areas

qualification and experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or another relevant field required
• Recognised professional certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel, ISO)
• 5+ years' training or corporate experience
• Commitment to high-quality training and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
