Partnership Officer at Triggerise

The Job

The Partnership Officer is the key person who creates, manages and maintains strong relationships with the county governments, other local partners and community based organisations.  You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Triggerise's voice is heard. You'll do this by:

• Enlisting the help of the Ecosystem Launchers and Trainers to ensure local county governments and CBOs are educated on our Tiko platform and how it works.
• Being the point of contact that aligns our operational execution with stakeholder particularities.
• Coordinating activities with the other field teams to ensure that work runs smoothly and effectively and that things do not fall through the cracks. 
• Participating in working groups that are relevant to us, and make sure Triggerise is best represented.
• Ensuring that you’re aware of our operational results and proactively address any issues that arise.

About You

You have a proactive, organised approach to work. You have the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels and can do so clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a this position, or a position where you are liaising with multiple Stakeholders.. 
• Excellent communication skills and are able to represent Triggerise in front of donors and at public events with confidence
• Able to teach and mentor others to succeed
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, can work across teams and bring people together
