Payroll Tax Associate at Solvo Global

About the Position

• We are seeking a Payroll Tax Associate. You will have the opportunity to work directly with US-based teams, supervisors, and clients, supporting processes such as tax filings, reconciliations, tax compliance, the review of tax notices, and the resolution of discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and filings related to payroll taxes.
• Prepare tax filings and payroll tax reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve tax notices, discrepancies, and inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding payroll tax inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in areas such as accounting, finance, reconciliations, auditing, financial operations, or financial BPO.
• Minimum technical training or studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Payroll, Taxation, or related fields.
• English proficiency at a B2+ level, as you will communicate directly with clients and supervisors in the United States.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
