    Information Technology Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor activity i.e., network, system and/or application and resource usage and taking corrective action where necessary to resolve problems including optimizing performance, capacity planning and management
    • Ensure all IT tickets and tasks are completed within the recommended SLA
    • Ensure entry, update and follow up on IT support requests/management systems.
    • Proactively identify and provide recommendations for process and technology improvements and actively participate in IT service improvement activities
    • Monitor, assess, fix and upgrade system and application issues so that the system functions uninterruptedly.
    • Logging information about IT issue correspondences into the company’s system to keep a record of actions.

    Education/Experience Needed:

    • Bachelor of Science (Computer Science, IT) certification in either or any combination of database systems, networking, hardware, or programming.
    • Microsoft Certified IT Professional/CCNA/ITIL Certifications are a plus
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

    Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
    • Experience with Backups, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server environments
    • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, CRM and call recording software
    • Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Quick judgment
    • Proactivity and self-motiva
