Data Software Engineer (Go or Python) at Pezesha

Job Overview

You will be responsible for building and maintaining our data infrastructure that is required to scale our data products and data strategy to the next level. This will include developing Rest APIs that allows our partners or 3rd parties to robustly integrate to our systems, operationalizing credit scoring engines and optimisation our ETL workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and document Rest APIs to facilitate partner integrations
2. Develop,own and support partner integration processes
3. Work with Data Scientists to ensure best data practices are used in model deployment and model serving
4. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
5. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
6. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies.
7. Build and manage CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML projects automation

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or greater in Computer Science or a related field
2. At least 3+ expertise in Python Skills or Flask or Djang framework.
3. At least 3+ expertise in developing software with Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript and their ecosystems of tools and libraries.
4. Experience building, deploying, and operating distributed systems and APIs
5. Knowledge of cloud technologies preferably GCP
6. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast paced, changing, and agile development environment to meet deadlines
