Plan and execute photo and video shoots for a variety of marketing materials, including website, social media, print publications, and internal communications.
Produce and edit high-quality photography and/or videography content that promotes Unity Homes
Capture compelling still photography that showcases our products, services, people, and culture.
Shoot high-quality video footage for promotional videos, event highlights, testimonials, timelapse and other digital content.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for shoots.
Set up lighting, backdrops, and props to create the desired visual effect.
Operate professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lights, and audio recording devices.
Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhance and finalise the content.
Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment inventory.
Proactively identify opportunities to create engaging visual content that supports our marketing and communications goals.
Assist with other marketing and communications projects as needed.
Follow best practices in obtaining consent
Qualifications
Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse skills and styles
Excellent technical skills in operating professional photography and videography equipment
Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong creative vision and storytelling ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and organised with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
