Plant Engineer / Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager at MSVL Group

Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 
• 7-10 years of engineering experience in FMCG manufacturing, including at least 5 years in beverage manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing high-speed beverage production lines, plant utilities, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, SAP maintenance modules, troubleshooting, RCA, and equipment reliability.
• Experience leading engineering teams and implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & Maintenance Management: Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
• Reliability & Utilities: Manage equipment performance, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and critical plant utilities including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, water treatment, and power systems.
• Projects, CAPEX & Spare Parts: Oversee engineering projects, equipment installations, plant modifications, CAPEX requirements, spare parts availability, and engineering budgets. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure engineering operations comply with HSE, food safety, GMP, and environmental standards while driving Lean, TPM, 5S, OEE, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Systems: Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams, maintain technical competency, and ensure accurate maintenance records and SAP system updates.
