- Qualification MBA/MSc/MA , PhD/Fellowship
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Education / Teaching / Training , Medical / Healthcare
Person Specification
- An earned PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree in Mental Health & Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
OR
- Hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health & Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited and recognized University with at least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
- A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers;
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and have a valid practice license;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Progress towards completion of PhD will be an added advantage.

Method of Application
TERMS OF SERVICE The appointment will be on Permanent and Pensionable terms. Remuneration will be in accordance with the Inter Public University Councils Consultative Forum (IPUCCF) approved salary scales and the prevailing Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
