    Product Manager

    As a Product Manager at iColo.io, you will be responsible for planning, defining, launching and refining products and services with a focus on colocation (space and power), interconnection and ecosystem services. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and the market, translating customer needs and market insights into product initiatives that drive adoption, revenue growth, and profitability.

    This role requires strong business and technical acumen, commercial awareness and the ability to communicate effectively across departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Executive leadership.

    What You’ll Do

    • Act as the core liaison between Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment between product initiatives and go-to-market execution.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation, awareness campaigns and product enablement materials (sales collateral, training, documentation).
    • Own and evolve pricing strategies across iColo’s service portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
    • Develop and implement metrics-driven product promotions and campaigns to accelerate adoption and market penetration.
    • Manage and strengthen day-to-day partner relationships, co-developing commercial strategies to support channel and enterprise sales.
    • Gather and analyze customer, market and competitive insights to inform the product roadmap and future offerings.
    • Define product vision, market positioning, and roadmap in alignment with iColo’s goals and Digital Realty’s global framework.
    • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable, value-driven solutions.
    • Support pre-sales engagements, including technical discovery sessions, solution scoping, and product demos for prospects and partners.
    • Oversee the rollout of new services, updates, or infrastructure changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    What You’ll Need

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications), Information Technology or Business with strong exposure to technical infrastructure.
    • Solid understanding of colocation, interconnection, and data center service models, ideally within carrier-neutral environments.
    • Proven experience working with enterprise and carrier customers, including gathering requirements and tailoring solutions.
    • At least 8 years of relevant experience in data centers, telecommunications, networking or cloud infrastructure.
    • Strong commercial acumen and technical aptitude, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses (CBA) and develop ROI models to support investment decisions.
