    Programme Budget Specialist

    Qualifications/special skills
    Academic Qualifications: An advanced level university degree in development, economics, business or public administration, finance, or accounting is required.

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, budget management and operations is required.
    • Proven working experience with the Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) systems, (e.g. UMOJA) is required.
    • Work experience in the United Nations is desirable;

    Language:

    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Knowledge of other United Nations languages is an asset.
