Project Manager (Agile) at Jumba

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our customer & employee promise alive by partnering cross-functionally to scope multiple projects and work with the tech team to ensure optimized execution and delivery on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, etc and other teams to develop plans to implement strategic goals, prioritize projects and features in conjunction with product management’s roadmap, and drive implementation and integration for multiple projects.
• Establish success criteria aligned with stakeholders and business objectives and execute release planning for timely delivery.
• Oversee requirements management processes including requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and ongoing scope management.
• Establish and maintain a delivery and release structure and share transparent progress updates for regular leadership meetings.
• Proactively identify and address blockers, escalate issues, and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor project status, identify issues/risks, succinctly communicate challenges, and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
• Set up execution frameworks and coordinate with cross-functional working groups to deliver on projects with multiple connected workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale projects.
• Experience running a consumer application development project through the entire Development Cycle.
• Knowledge of project management processes including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall etc.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quick to adapt, and capable of handling unexpected challenges.
• Outstanding relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in project management or STEM course.
