Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that their vision and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the interior design, architectural, and construction teams to ensure alignment on design concepts, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Quality Control: Monitor and review the quality of work produced by all teams and contractors to ensure it meets the company's standards and the client's requirements.
• Budget Management: Create, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that project costs stay within the approved budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to mitigate them and ensuring that projects remain on track.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, meeting minutes, and financials. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their work aligns with the project's needs and timelines. Handle procurement and contract negotiations as required.
• Project Execution: Ensure that design concepts are brought to life with precision, from initial planning through to final installation, including materials sourcing, construction management, and site inspections.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and the internal team.
