Project Officer at Computech Limited

The person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the projects assigned. The ultimatgoal of any project is to completthtask on time, on budget, and fulfill any other criteria thcompany sets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriatto meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurancprocedures.
• Minimizes exposurand risk on project.
• Ensures project documents arcomplete, current. and stored appropriately.
• Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Manages project budget.
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within thorganization and general corporatview.
• Manages thdevelopment of team by ensuring, when possible. that project tasks arin linwith each innovator's career interests.
• Ensures timely and accuratinvoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Any other duty as assigned by thmanagement.

Education

• Degrein Project Management or IT-related field.
• PMP certification

Experience

• A Minimum of 3 Years experience
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Proficient in project management software
• Knowledgof project management techniques and tools
