Projects Administrator at CloudFactory

Responsibilities

1. Managing, overseeing, and integrating multiple projects required to deliver the pipeline of work and implementation of the regional x-squad.
2. Developing detailed project plans to track progress via Click-up
3. Coordinate internal resources for the execution of projects
4. Presentation of country project status to the wider company
5. Being a central point of contact, advising and managing stakeholders across the business to determine requirements and inform on the progress.
6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to review projects against agreed deliverables.
7. To work in collaboration with the x-squad members and other stakeholders in agreeing on strategy and the prioritization of projects.
8. Resource planning and management to ensure projects are resourced appropriately.
9. Proactively manage changes or movement in scope, identify risks, and devise contingency plans
10. Monitor quality and speed of project delivery.
11. Assist country manager and x-squad members in location wide communication to different stakeholders
12. Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested by line management.

Requirements

1. Proven track record of project management.
2. Effective and efficient management of resources to reach project objectives
3. Sound agile, scrum-based project management skills - able to manage a portfolio of projects, working within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
4. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills at all levels.
5. Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in a highly organised and logical manner, working as part of a team and on own initiative.
8. Experience in strategic planning and risk management is preferred
9. Coaching and delegation skills.
