THE ROLE

• Daily operations, maintenance, service providers, resident relations and service charge management.

KEY DUTIES

• Oversee cleaning security, lifts, water, power and waste.
• Planned and emergency repairs Supervise staff and contractors.Handle resident and owner queries
• Budget, collect service charges, monthly reports Enforce house rules, health, safety and fire compliance
• Raise defects with the developer

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related field
• 2-5 years' experience managing residential apartments.
• Professional body membership is an added advantage.
