Public Area Attendant at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, staircases, and elevators
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, tissue, and hand sanitizers in restrooms
• Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, lighting problems)
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or spills
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage

Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Basic communication skills
