• To develop a quality control operations manual and schedule of audit activities to guide the business.
• To collaborate with different stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
• To create and maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and results.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues.
• Research and introduce Quality Control Systems to improve business operations.
