Mastercard requires a highly motivated and experienced Software Quality professional with solid knowledge of software development, architecture and testing principles.

Responsibilities

• Developing Test Automation and Performance testing scripts.
• Maintaining and improving the testing capabilities within DevOps pipelines.
• Developing and managing Test Plans and Scripts in line with quality engineering best practices
• Collaborating with Agile and Engineering leads in projects to ensure quality delivery.

Experience

• Solid understanding of Agile software development principles.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
• Coding skills, intermediate or higher in one or more languages.
• Background in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or Test Automation.

Desirable Traits

• Someone passionate about Software Testing who can converse liberally on the subject.
• Someone who can easily identify Quality risks in the software development lifecycle.
• An independent thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
